OYE! 104.8 FM Celebrates Father’s Day at Old Age Home

New Delhi 18th June, 2013 – As the nation celebrated Father’s day on Sunday, India’s Sabse Filmi Radio Station, Oye! 104.8 FM gave new meaning to this day by celebrating Fathers’ Day with the residents of an old age home in Delhi. Oye FM organized a fun evening along with a special movie screening at a Delhi multiplex for the abandoned parents of Gharaunda, Help Age India’s old age home in Mehrauli.

The RJs from Oye 104.8 FM, RJ Akriti, RJ Abhay, RJ Luckie and RJ Rahul Makin made this day very special and memorable with the senior citizens. They shared some happy moments with them and brought some change in their routine life by taking them out for the movie Yamla Pagla Dewaana 2 at PVR Select City Mall, Saket.

Oye! FM RJs spent the evening singing, dancing with everyone at Gharaunda . The movie outing was a part of Oye FMs Father’s Day Radio Campaign – Is father’s Day OYE FM kehrahahai – Do jadoo ki Jhappi.

It was an emotional and happy occasion for Oye! FM RJs to spend time with someone who has been ignored by their loved ones and was forced to live life in isolation. many of the parents had not been to a movie theatre for the last 10 years and were really thrilled to see all the three Deols in action together.
